Jack Chartrand passed away on April 22, 2018 at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Opal “Lou” Chartrand nee Lyons of Jonesburg, Missouri; He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Mark) Ziolko of Wentzville, MO; three sons, Lonnie (Linn) Chartrand of Windfield, MO, Larry (Sherry) Chartrand of Troy, MO, Layne (Linda) Chartrand of Wentzville, MO; brother, George “Lee” Chartrand of Maryland Heights, MO; five granddaughters, Lori (Jessie Rushing) Chartrand, Shana Ziolko, Abigail Chartrand, Angelina Chartrand, Rachel (Keith) Meyers; eight grandsons, Logan (Jenn) Chartrand, Scott Ziolko, Gary (Katie) Ziolko, Tony (Sam) Chartrand, Dan Chartrand, Alex Chartrand, Tony (Katie) Duvall, Adam Duvall; great grandchildren, Nine; He is preceded in death by his father, George N. Chartrand, mother, Lillie Chartrand, wife, Opal “Lou” Chartrand, sister, Velma Chartrand, granddaughter, Alexandria Chartrand. Jack was retired from Lever Soap Company as an Industrial Equipment Mechanic. He was a master woodcarver and craftsman creating beautiful pieces of wood sculptures. Jack was also a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jonesburg, MO. Jack resided at Oak Pointe Assisted Living in Warrenton, MO. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
