He is survived by his parents, Christopher Joseph Richter, Sr. and Amanda Louise Richter nee Hoff of St. Charles, Missouri; two brothers, Alexander Richter and Liam Richter; three half-siblings, Christian Richter, Kyla Richter, and Camy Richter; grandparents, Randy and Monica Hoff, Ellen Wallingsford, Eugene and Tatayna Richter; great-grandparents, Robert and Josephine Romaine, Leonard Parker. A private family service will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018.
