Obituary
Henry “Hank” Hindersmann passed away at home on April 27, 2018 at the age of 76. He was the beloved husband of Janet Hindersmann nee Schwoeppe of Augusta, Missouri; He is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Dan) Brinkmann of Augusta, MO; son, Doug (Tonya) Hindersmann of Dutzow, MO; sister, Mae Gravemann of Washington, MO; three brother-in-laws, Norman (Barbara) Schwoeppe of Concord Hill, MO, Larry (Angie) Schwoeppe of Dutzow, MO, Ralph (Sue) Schwoeppe of Marthaville, MO; grandchildren, Ryan and Riley Durbin, Brady and Brea Hindersmann and Rebecca Brinkmann; As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Hindersmann, mother, Marie Hindersmann nee Kreienbaum, brother-in-law, Carl “Fritz” Gravemann. Hank was a lifetime resident of Augusta and member of Immaculate Conception Church in Augusta, and a 4th degree Knight with Knights of Columbus. Hank was very involved in the community, and was on the Augusta Town Board. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, American Legion member Post 262, as well as a past Commander, member of the Elks Club, and a volunteer for the Augusta Fire Department. Hank cherished his family and grandkids. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
