Glen A. Cowan passed away at his home on Saturday May 14, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer. Born November 4, 1958 to the late George Bell and Frieda Stafford Cowan, he had been a resident of Pascagoula most of his life. Glen worked as a design draftsman for Jerry Pittman and Associates in the shipbuilding industry for over 25 years before retiring in 2020. He loved boating and fishing. He also enjoyed collecting vintage mustangs. Glen will be missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister Beverly Cowan Burke of Hampton Cove, AL; 2 nieces Lauren E. Stanton of Huntsville, AL, Alison Burke of Huntsville, AL; a nephew, David H. Stanton of Vestavia Hills, AL, a great-nephew, Gray H. Stanton of Vestavia Hills, AL and host of friends.
