Flora Evoleen Francis 90 of Wentzville, Missouri passed away October 26, 2018 at Twin Oaks Assisted Living. Born November 9, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Ray and Joy Shell. Early in her life her mother married Charley Baker. F. Evoleen and Cletus Francis were married December 3, 1945. He preceded her in death May 31, 2003. She loved cooking, gardening, cross stitch, and sewing. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church Warrenton, Missouri. Survivors include two daughters; LaVonda (Gene) Durham of O’Fallon, Missouri and Belenda Hanna of Tallahassee, Florida, six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren, one sister Dot White of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, two brothers, Nolan (Mary) of St. Peters, Missouri, Norman (Wanda) of Franklin, North Carolina, one sister-in-law Joyce Baker of Wright City, Missouri. Preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Imogene Waldroop, and one brother Nelson Baker.
