Dorothy Zulpo passed away Saturday September 19, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in St. James. She was 102 years of age, 2 months and 11 days of age.
Dorothy was born July 8, 1913 in Illinois the daughter of the late Ulisse “Bill” and Flora Piazza Roso.
On December 20, 1930 at Knobview, Mo., Dorothy was united in marriage to Anthony Zulpo. He entered into rest August 5, 1993.
Dorothy Zulpo is survived by one son: Ernest and wife Sandy Zulpo of St. James; one sister Irene Jones of St. James, along with 2 grandchildren: Dorothy “Dottie Taylor and husband Bruce, and Jason Davis; two great grandchildren: Anthony “Tony” Taylor and Jackson Davis and great- great grandchildren Alyssa and Madison Taylor.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and three brothers: George, Raymond and Edward Roso, along with six sisters: Sadie Krewson, Corrine Henry, Emma Licklider, Anna Adams, Mabel Navarro and Francis Skyles, along with one great-granddaughter Missy Taylor.
