Obituary
Donald Kelley passed away on December 21, 2018 at the age of 91. He was the beloved husband of Billie Kelley (Johnson) of Troy, Missouri; He is survived by his two sons, Don Kelly of O Fallon, MO, Robert M. “Bob” (Anna) Engel of Kitzingen, Germany; two daughters, Carol “CJ” (David) Perkins of Brentwood, MO, Terry Engel (Donald) Magness of Bois D’Arc, MO; five brothers, John, Otis, Bill, B.F., Frankie; five sisters, Betty, Octa, Katie, Jesse, Peggy; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Marshall Kelley, mother, Laverne Kelley (Whitener), wife, Billie J. Kelley (Johnson), daughter, Toni Lynn Engel. He was a man that enjoyed life and everyone that met him would know that they had a friend forever. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
