Obituary
Donald Gene Linker passed away on January 17, 2019 at the age of 88. He is survived by his daughter, Deanna (Rod) Scott; two grandsons, Ruston Scott and Declan Scott, and one granddaughter, Lynessa Scott, all of Marion, IA; step-children, Chris (Renee) Erbes of Treynor, IA, David Erbes of Council Bluffs, IA, Kathryn Collins of Wright City, MO; and step-grandchildren, Addison Blechley and Alexander Craig. He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Linker; mother, Gladys Dotson; wife, Marilyn Linker; and brothers, Lloyd Linker and Gerald Linker. Donald was united in marriage to Marilyn Schumate on September 21, 1986 in Herman, MO. Donald was a member of Sunrise UMC in Wright City. He enjoyed reading and watching sports. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
