Obituary
David Schaper passed away on June 23, 2018 at the age of 96. He was the beloved husband of Veronika Schaper nee Domogalla of St. Louis, Missouri; He is survived by his son, Dale (Brenda) Schaper of Wentzville, MO; sister, Iva Hutchison of Wright City, MO; He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Schaper, mother, Marie Schaper, first wife, Bernice Schaper, brothers, Leerie Schaper, Calvin Schaper, sisters, Iris Schaper, Helen Sprick, Carleen Koehler. David was a member of Green Trails Methodist Church. He proudly served in WWII in the United States Air Force as a gunner. He was a grandfather to Justin, Jenna, Janelle, Charlie and Rosie; great-grandfather to Brock and Lane. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
