Colleen Rose Tulibaski, age 57, of Argyle, MN, died February 14, 2009, at her home surrounded by family.

She was born to Emil and LaVerne Pribula on August 30, 1951 in Grand Forks, ND. She graduated from Warren High School, and then became a registered technologist in x-ray technology after completing courses at the Grand Forks Deaconess Hospital. She worked as an x-ray technician in Jamestown, ND, until she married Joseph Tulibaski on June 9, 1973. They built their home in Argyle, MN, and raised two children together. She worked at various jobs in the Argyle area and most recently at North Valley Health Center.

Colleen enjoyed many aspects of life, much of which revolved around her family. The most precious and light of her life was her grandchildren. She loved to surprise them with treats, sing them songs, and hear them laugh. She enjoyed talking to family and friends, shopping, reading newspapers, going to casinos, and watching game shows. Colleen was a strong individual who endured and overcame many life challenges with great courage.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph; children, Bill, Oak Grove, MN, and Tricia (Michael) Safranski, Blaine, MN; grandchildren, Tyler Safranski and Darren Safranski; mother, LaVerne Pribula, Grand Forks, ND; siblings, Donn Pribula, Fargo, ND, Curtis (Anna) Pribula, Fridley, MN, Janette (Arthur) Gil de Lamadrid, Superior, WI, Howard (Peggy) Pribula, Thompson, ND, Elizabeth (Howard) Haugen, Fertile, MN, Francis Pribula, Blaine, MN, Joanne (Mike) Cook, Hawley, MN, David (Rebecca) Pribula, Fargo, ND, and Mark Pribula, Mendota Heights, MN.

She was preceded in death by her father, Emil Pribula, and siblings, Patrick Pribula and Mary Pribula.
