Charles is survived by one brother, Steven Mitchell of Joplin, Missouri; and two sisters, Christine Eldrod of Santa Rosa, CA., and Cindy Taylor; one aunt, Rosemary Cook of Sullivan, Missouri; special cousins, Larry and Verna Holtz and Holly Hager all of Cuba, Missouri.
Charles had served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1978. Charles will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
