Bobby Lee Roberts (86) passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit. He was a Christian and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a retired diesel mechanic and an avid fisherman, camper and hunter.
Bobby is survived by his children, Terry Roberts (Renee), Greta Austin (Ray), Carla Durham, Robin Skelly (Nathan) and Anthony “Country” Roberts; his sister-in-law, Shelby Roberts; his grandchildren, Misty, Jonathan, Kimberly, Nathan, Courtney, Hillary, Ryan, CarLee, Beth, Karmon, Brooke, Hannah, Tucker and Anthony and 31 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruble and Bessie Hall Roberts; his wife of 44 years, Shirley Jean Johnson Roberts; his sons, Bobby Eugene Roberts and Jeffrey Oneal Roberts; his daughter, Teresa Roberts Pannell; his brother, Charles Roberts; his sisters, Louise Wallis and Jerry Neblett and his son-in-law, Joey Pannell.
