Benjamin was the dear and devoted husband of the late Ann Marie (Wortmann). Loving father of Joseph P. Gero and his partner Amy McCabe of Taunton and Christopher J. Gero and his spouse Corey Davis of Bar Harbor, ME. Loving grandfather “Grandpa” of Josephine and Roy Paul Lavigne of Stoughton and Jennifer Gero of Brockton. Dear brother of Richard Diaz of FL and the late Rheta M. Zachary.
Benjamin was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.
