Barbara Jean Brown, 73, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013. She was an R.N. and specialized in geriatric nursing for more than 40 years. She was well known for her kindness, compassion and most of all, her cooking and baking. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Denny F. Brown, her daughters Elizabeth and Michelle Brown, her son, Denny A. Brown, her four grandchildren, Lauren Brown, Kaitlyn and Zachary Faircloth, Elizabeth Slyconish, her sisters Martha Christine Johnson and Mary Lynn Bean, and brother Carl Kreyenbuhl.
