Arthur Sundby passed away on Monday, August 17, 2009 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND at the age of 87.
Arthur Kenneth Sundby was born on July 25, 1922 at Parker Township, Marshall County, MN (rural Stephen, MN), the son of Olaf and Ollie (Nelson) Sundby. He was a life long resident of the Stephen community. On October 17, 1946, he was united in marriage to Elvera Fodness at Stephen. They farmed in Parker Township and moved into Stephen in 1970. Elvera passed away on June 9, 1997. Arthur married Doris Harris on August 7, 2004 and they lived in Stephen.
He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and Stephen Senior Citizens Club.
