Arnold Gilbert Allerheiligen of St. James, Mo. passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in St. James, Mo. Arnold Allerheiligen was 97 years and 6 months of age.
Arnold Allerheiligen was born on August 4, 1916 in Hanover, Kansas to his parents: Bill and Marie Temps Allerheiligen. Arnold married Mildred Pauline Clapp, and to this union was born four sons: Ron, David, Milt and Bill.
Arnold started as an upholsterer in a one car garage, and fairly rapidly grew the business into Arnold’s Industries, Inc. Arnold developed and patented Instant Pew, providing padded pews for churches throughout the United States. They also did industrail sewing for several industries.
Arnold was active in the Lions Club at Holdrege, Nebraska for many years. He and his family attended the Assembly of God Chruch at Holdrege, Nebraska. Arnold trusted in Jesus as Savior, and looked forward to seeing his wife Mildred in Heaven. Arnold saw the death of the physical body as his doorway to Heaven through his relationship with Jesus the Christ.
