Beloved wife, momma, grammy, auntie, and friend, Nyla Faye Rivera, went home to our Lord after a battle with cancer on July 3, 2017. Nyla was born on July 6th, 1955 in Owatonna, MN. Ny was extremely courageous, proud, and fought to the end. Nyla had a zest for life, giving her all always for her kids and family. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoyed camping with her family, pool time in Phoenix with her sisters, the love tours with Jesus, especially Cancun and beach time. Nyla was also an amazing cook, loved to grill year round, made homemade pies like no other, and enjoyed holiday time with family and friends, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. Nyla worked at Pulte Mortgage for over 10 years and was loved for her fiery spirit, yet loving nature. Nyla is preceded in death by her parents Don and Margaret Albin, Sisters Marsha Albin and Mary Albin, Dale Albin and nephew, Jared Elsmore. She is survived by her Husband of 28 years, Jesus Rivera, sons James Rivera of Kent WA and Donnie (Mandy) Rivera of Pueblo West, and Daughter Laressia Rivera of Westminster. Sisters Martha Callahan and Linda (Ronnie) Mohs, both of Phoenix. Grandkids Ryan and Lilly. Also, nephews and nieces, Nick, Matt, Missy, Jenny, Michelle, Misty, Ryan, Sean, Holly, Adam, Katrina, Annamarie, Zach, Tim and Jacob. Also, a special love for John and Sarah and all other family members.
