Norma Sue Harting, 69, of Terre Haute, passed away Tuesday May7, 2013 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Norma was born February 12, 1944 in St. Charles, Missouri to Norman Thompson and Ruby Connoyer Thompson. Ruby retired in January of this year from the Vigo County School Corporation as a School Bus Driver. Norma enjoyed her family, home and especially enjoyed playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bruce Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Paul Harting whom she married November 23, 1973. She is also survived by two sons; John Harting and James Harting, both of Terre Haute. Two brothers; Pat Thompson and his wife Susan of St. Charles, Missouri and Charlie Thompson and his wife Lena of Cottleville, Missouri, one sister, Janet Norris and her husband Paul of Columbia, Missouri. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews.
