Norma L. Weil, 91, of Cecilia, Kentucky and formerly of Terre Haute passed away Friday March 20, 2020 in Kentucky. She was born November 14, 1928 in Riley, Indiana to Basil and Ethel (Davidson) Jeffers. Norma is survived by her daughter, Nancy Roy; sons, Tony Weil and Andy Weil; brother, Gerald Jeffers; sisters-in-law, Joan Dowell and Jeri Jeffers; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Weil; daughters, Becky Gallagher and Janis Engle, and brother, Donald Jeffers.
