Norma J. Cox, 75, of Anderson, passed away on September 5, 2013, at her residence. She was born on December 23, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio, and resided most of her life there, and has lived in Anderson since 1979.
Norma graduated from Fairview High School, Dayton, Ohio. She was a homemaker. Norma was a member of Anderson First Church of the Nazarene.
Norma is survived by her loving spouse whom she married May 11, 1957, Ted Cox, of Anderson; children, Timothy H. Marsha Cox of Frederick, MD, Teresa H. Timothy Merryman of Anderson, Tamara H. Randall Faw of Connersville, Thomas H. Jennifer Cox of Anderson, Nicole J. Cox of Seneca, SC, and Noah J. Autumn Cox of Anderson; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. and Doris B. Arling; daughter-in-law, Marquita J. Riley-Cox; brother, Raymond D. Holmes.
