Norma Hauck, age 88 of Livermore, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the Humboldt South Care Center in Humboldt. Norma Louise Hauck was born on August 2, 1932 to Thomas and Leila (Hancock) Taylor in Chariton, Iowa. She graduated from Gilmore City High School in 1950. She was united in marriage to Wallace “Wally” Hauck on November 13, 1950 in Gilmore City, Iowa. Norma worked at Doctor’s Nursery and Oaks Nursery in Dakota City. Norma was a member of the United Methodist Church of Livermore. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, sketching and painting, raising Bee’s, sewing, attending grandchildren’s sporting events and had a love for nursing and nurturing animals.

Left to cherish Norma’s memory are her children, Sherry (Dennis) Foth of Bozeman, MT, Kenneth (Kelly) Hauck of Livermore, Carol (Monte) Ballard of Ankeny, Christy (Brian) McCullough of Livermore, Steven (Kathy) Hauck of Humboldt, and Robert Hauck of Livermore; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Jane) Taylor of Brandon, SD and Harvey George (Jean) Taylor of Fernandina Beach, FL and sister, Barbara (Gary) Kannenberg of Junction City, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wally in 2011; great great grandson, Braxton McLeland; brother, Norman Taylor and sister, Frieda Scherrill.
