Norma Frances Butyok, 78, of Antwerp, OH passed away Sunday December 28th, 2008 surrounded by loved ones at her daughter’s residence in Antwerp. Norma was born May 4, 1930, in Webster Co. WV., the daughter of the late George Thomas and Ida Blanche (Carpenter) Cutlip. Norma worked at Dana Weatherhead in Antwerp and was a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church. On April 20th, she married Richard Butyok, who passed away March 3, 2005. Norma will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lisa and husband Jim Mortorff and their son Thomas both of Antwerp; sister Virginia “Kitty Polen of Fairmont, WV; granddaughter Jesse and husband Brian Gaisford; great grandsons, Clayton Phipps and Julian Gaisford. She was preceded in death by her sisters Melba Fox, Ellen Riffle, Martha Bennett and Betty Jo McSwain and brothers Lonnie Boyd, Aaron Jimmy, Cornelius and David Cutlip.
