Nolan Vander Woude age 9 ½ weeks, of DeMotte, IN, beloved son of Jason and Joni (Clark) Vander Woude passed away on Tuesday December 6, 2011 at Riley’s Children Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Chicago, IL on September 30, 2011. Although Nolan was only 9 ½ weeks, he was deeply loved and was truly a Blessing in our family.
He was a champion, a gift from God and joy in many ways. He will be missed but will always hold a place in our heart, and rest safely in the arms of Jesus.
Nolan is survived by his loving parents, Jason and Joni Vander Woude of DeMotte, IN; Sister, Jacqueline Faith Vander Woude Paternal grandparents, Duane & Cindy Vander Woude Maternal grandparents, Jim & Linda Clark Paternal great-grandmother, Anna Zeldenrust; Paternal great-grandparents, Richard & Esther Vander Woude Maternal great-grandfather, James I. Clark MD Maternal great-grandparents, Vern & JoAnn Haas Numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.
Preceded in death by great grandfather, John Zeldenrust, Jr and Great-grandmother Shirley Clark.
