Nikki graduated from Huntington North High School with the class of 2001. She was on the staff at Gib Young Insurance Agency. She was a Gymnastic Instructor at the Huntington Gymnastic Academy. Nicole enjoyed life, reading, and bowling and especially enjoyed working with children in gymnastics.

Four uncles: John and wife Linda Scheiber; Dr. William and wife Sue Scheiber, Carl and wife Susan Zinsmeister and Paul Steffen. Five Aunts: Julie and husband Denny Brinkman, Kate and husband Scott Stuart, Joan Young, Nancy Sutton and Madalyn Zinsmeister. A nephew: Ayden M. Eller.
Preceded in death by Grandparents: Dorothy Shriver Scheiber, and Dorotha Gilbert Zinsmeister. Three uncles: James E. Zinsmeister, A.J. Sutton and Bob Young. One aunt: E. Marie Steffen and a cousin, Ashley Zinsmeister.
