On Thursday, September 19, 2019, Nichole R. Reed, the mother of one and grandmother of two passed away at the age of 49.
Nichole was born on May 19, 1970. She graduated from North Central High School in 1988. She worked at the Army Finance Center for several years. Nichole raised her daughter, Devin Reed, who has two daughters, DeJae and RaeLyun.
Nichole was a fun loving person who thought she could accomplish any task. She was a quick study athlete, but as soon as she discovered she could compete well, she would move onto something else.
Nichole lived briefly in Arlington, Virginia and Oakland, California. While in Arlington, she loved going to New York to see the Broadway plays and the many amusement parks in the area.
Nichole was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and her brother, Derrick.
She is survived by her daughter, Devin; grandchildren, DeJae and RaeLyn; parents, Gaildeane Reed and Larry and Barbara Reed; sister, Dana Reed Wise (Richard); nephews, Damon Reed and Drake Wise; and a host of uncles, aunts, and several cousins.
