Nicholas Joseph Swain, 49, died July 30th, 2011. Born in Bedford, England on September 23, 1961 to Christina and David Swain, he spent his youth on the East Coast in Massachusetts, Maine, Florida, and England.
He is survived by his two children Kendra and Cameron, their mother Jennelle, his loving wife Sarah Mallett and her children Christina and Jeffrey, his parents, his brothers Toby and Simon and sister Emma and their spouses Stacey, Lynda and Wes, and dear friend Don Corbett.
Nicholas had a long career in the construction and project management industry and was always full of energy and purpose. He was a talented snow and water skier, scuba diver and surfer and enjoyed his son’s baseball games, fishing with his daughter and spending time with his Family. He was a member of a certified rescue team in Monterey, California. He helped found the INT Arizona Chapter, known as the “Little League” of water sports.
Nicholas had a wonderful, kind, thoughtful and generous heart and gave selflessly to his family, friends and community. His children, family and friends will miss him greatly and wish him peace and eternal life.
