Nicholas John Vatistas III, 41, passed away unexpectedly in Boston MA, Feb 23rd 2022.
A resident of Charlestown, MA, Nick was born in Dover, NH on August 28, 1980 to Cathy and John Vatistas. He grew up in Somersworth and Rollinsford, NH. Nick was raised in the Greek Orthodox faith and was so proud to be “one hundred percent” Greek.
Nick graduated from Somersworth High School in 1998 and attended University of New Hampshire.
Nick grew up in the restaurant industry working for his parents. He moved to Boston in 2008 and was hired as the Assistant Manager of Bricco Restaurant in Boston’s North End, eventually becoming the proud General Manager of Depasquale Ventures.
Nick was a lifelong lover of basketball but had a deep affinity for Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers. He was an avid skier, loved vacationing in the Caribbean in the winter and he loved exploring New England beaches in the summer. His favorite time spent, however, was with the love of his life, Rachel, whom he (finally) married in January 2020.
