Nicanor Romero Perez, age 75, of Green Forest, AR passed away on September 27, 2010. He was born on August 2, 1935 in Zacatecas, Mexico, son of Longina Perez and Tufila Romero. He and his family moved to Carroll County over 10 years ago and settled in Green Forest. Nicanor was employed at Green Forest Tyson’s before his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Maria Ventura Perez, whom he was married to for 53 years, sons; Mario, Gerardo, Navor, Ventura and Nicolas Perez, daughters; Gloria Huerta, Cecilia Perez and Leticia Soto, over 30 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
