Nell Pauline Cenci, 102, of Holiday City Carefree section of Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018. Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Mountainside, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. 35 years ago. Nell worked in Quality Assurance for Monsanto in Kenilworth, NJ. She was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. Nell was a very active member of the Carefree Clubhouse. She was a member of the Bocce Club, the Single’s Club, Women’s Club, Arts & Crafts and the Red Hat Society.
She also knitted for the Navy Relief. Nell was predeceased by her husband Louis Sr. in 1992, her son Louis Jr. in 1974, two brothers Joseph and Frank Walhart and two sisters Anne Horning and Genevieve Hart. She is survived by her children and their spouses Michael Cenci and Wayne Swartz of White Hall, MD, Judith and David Jones of Lusby, MD, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
