Our beloved Ned Zoeller, husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the age of 79. Born on April 14, 1927 in Mexico City, Mexico, he was the son of Albert and Mary Bauche Zoeller. A longtime resident of Laredo, Ned was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during World War II and the Korean War. He had retired as a Right of Way Agent from the Texas Highway Department after 30 years of loved the Lord with all of his heart. John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” We will all miss Ned’s big smile, kind heart,selflessness, love and devotion to his family and friends, each knowing the special place they held in his heart.Preceded in death by his parents and brothers, George, Fred, and Henry. Mr. Zoeller is survived by his wife of 24 years, Raquel; brothers, Harley and Joe Zoeller; sisters, Molly Warner, Maggie Young, and Alice Kneip; daughters, Diane Hutchinson and her husband Frank, Laurie Rush and her husband Kebirn, Cathy Schindler and her husband Cary;grandchildren, Aubree, Grant, Alyssa, Christopher, Andrew, Garrett and Gavin; step-children, Joe Leal and his wife Marissa, Jerry Leal and his wife Leticia, Raul Leal and his wife Irene, and Melissa Leal; step-grandchildren, Adriana, Alex, Anaissa, Jerry Jr., Melissa, Larissa, John, and Lilliana Melissa.
