Neal Richard “Ricky” Kays Jr., 39, of Vincennes Indiana, passed away January 9, 2016. He was born October 8, 1976 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Neal Richard Kays Sr. and Cynthia Sue (Hancock) Kays. Ricky was attending IVY Tech Community College, pursuing an Engineering Degree. He was a wonderful person and everyone loved him. Ricky is survived by his parents; his wife of 15 years Kristen Kays; his children Michael, Matthew and Richard Kays; his brother Shawn Kays; his grandparents Jerry and Bonnie Hancock, Ann Kays, and Bill Kays; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Maxine Hancock; his sister, Misty Kays and his uncle, Ritchie Hancock.
