Darlene was born May 6, 1961 in LaSalle to Alfred and Sharon (Tlapa) Marlett. She married Paul G. Sell on May 14, 1993 in Ottawa. He passed away October 10, 2006. She was a homemaker. She attended Eagle Rock Christian Center in Peru and loved her 3 cats.
She is survived by her Step-father, Edward Schook, Sr. of Oglesby; 4 brothers, Thomas Hack of Spring Valley, Brian (Jamie Meyers) Hack of LaSalle, William (Tanya) Hack of Oglesby and Edward “Jay” (Jamie Morrison) Schook, Jr. of Oglesby; 3 sisters, Gail (Bill Janz) Hack of LaSalle, Penny (Joe) Hack of LaSalle and Sandy (Mike Harper) Riddle of LaSalle; many nieces and her finance’ Roy Konczak of Peru. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and husband.
