Nancy “Mima” Helen McCormack (Wilder), age 76, from Brockton MA, passed away Thursday, March 14th, 2019 surrounded by family.
She is survived by her daughters, Heather McCormack and Amy T. Wilder-McCormack, both of Brockton MA, as well as Denise Graziano of Quincy MA, Brother, Richard Wilder of Clearwater, FL, grandchildren Drew Wilder, Brittney Dernier, Kityara Wilder, Adam Wilder, as well as, Scott Graziano, Brooke Farr, Sophia Graziano and Lindsay Bertoni; great-grandson Anakin Butler; all of whom are blessed by the experience of being in her life.
Nancy (“Mima” to family and friends), a devoted mother and grandmother, valued family above all else. She is preceded in death by her parents Wallace and Mary Helen Wilder (Browne) and two brothers William W Wilder and Edward J Wilder.
Nancy was born on January 24th, 1943 in Boston MA, she is a graduate of Roslindale High School. She worked in various industries as a Bookkeeper. Over the years her hobbies have included gardening, crafting (sewing, knitting, crocheting, macramé) doll making as well as a devotee of crossword puzzles. She loved to travel, bringing home unique souvenirs; pine cones, stone eggs, scorpions and cattle skulls covered in turquoise. Nancy enjoyed learning about ancient civilizations, and having new experiences. She loved dogs and later came to love cats. A lover of country music, Nancy was an avid admirer of Willie Nelson. All who knew Nancy regarded her as a loyal friend and a fierce woman.
