Nancy J. Van Allen, age 74, passed away on Oct. 31, 2022.
In 2008, Nancy and Don Griffin, her partner of 37 years, moved to Boise, ID, to be closer to daughter, Mariah Devereux Herbeck, and son-in-law, Jason Herbeck.
Nancy is survived by partner and longtime friend Don Griffin, daughter Mariah Devereux Herbeck, son-in-law Jason Herbeck, granddaughter Sidonie Herbeck, and her siblings Fred Van Allen and Lory Van Allen (of Iowa City, IA). She is preceded in death by her parents.
Nancy’s family would like to thank St. Alphonsus Hospital and Keystone Hospice for the expert and compassionate care they provided her and her family during the final weeks of her life.
