Nancy H. Savage, age 91, of Plymouth, MA and Naples, FL passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021 at her home in the Pinehills of Plymouth. She was the wife of the late Lester E. Savage Jr to whom she was married for over 58 years. Born in Reading, PA. to Harvey R. Haupt, MD and Mildred (Grow) Haupt. She is predeceased by her brother Harvey Haupt Jr. She attended Syracuse University before marrying the love of her life Les. After moving to Lexington MA in 1950, Nancy and Les were the proud founders of Lester E. Savage Real Estate, which they opened in 1963, and is still owned and operated to this day by their son Lester III. Working long hours alongside her husband Nancy was an astute businesswoman who ran the day to day operations of the office. Nancy still enjoyed many artistic pursuits such as painting, piano playing and knitting. For many years she silkscreened both Christmas cards and family calendars that are treasured to this day. Nancy and Les explored the world traveling to China, Russia, South America, Japan, Europe and the US. For many years she wintered at Countryside Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL. where she happily played both bridge and mahjong with a wonderful group of friends. Surprisingly, Nancy didn’t take up the game of golf until the age of 77, despite growing up on the Willow Hollow golf club which was designed, built and operated by her father.Nancy will be missed by her children, Valerie S. Masi and her husband Paul of Sagamore Beach, Lester E. Savage III and his wife Cindy of Lexington, Timothy R. Savage and his wife Maryanne of Sagamore Beach, and Katharine S. Mace and her husband Donald of Newbury. She also leaves her grandchildren, Sara E. Masi, Paul Masi Jr and wife Autumn, Kelsey Savage and her husband Kevin Kalmayer, Lester E Savage IV, Harrison S. Savage, Stephanie E. Savage and her husband Joshua Jones, Timothy R Savage Jr. and Christina Dimeco, Ashton, Evan and Jackson Mace. As well as great-grandchildren Harlow, Georga and Fenix Masi.
