Nancy Blanchard Walker, 88, of Orangeburg passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Walker was born on September 18, 1933, in Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Nathan Blanchard and the late Novi Amos Blanchard. She enjoyed working in the yard and especially gardening. She was predeceased by her parents as well as her siblings, Lula Mae Blanchard, Wesley Blanchard and Nathan Blanchard.
Survivors include her children, Wanda Felder (Richard) of Low Falls, James Michael Walker (Alice) of Orangeburg; grandchildren, Kristan W. Hewitt (Jimmy) of Columbia, Sara W. Turner (Jenny) of Taylors; great-grandchild, Jameson W. Hewitt; nephew, Dean Morrow and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to caregivers Harriett Till and Norma Dukes for their love and care of Mrs. Walker and to Grove Park Hospice for their compassion and support.
