A Mother. A Sister. A Daughter. A Friend. Tenora Yvonne Finley, affectionately known as “Tee” to family and close friends, was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 8, 1972. She was a proud graduate of the 1991 class of Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA) and attended Paine College (Augusta, GA). During her 44 years of life, Tenora touched many hearts with her contagious laughter, bright smile, and free spirit. Tenora gave her life to the Lord at a very young age and confirmed her seat in the body of Christ with her baptism in 2012.
Never meeting a stranger, “Tee” was a lover of life, laughter, but most importantly, The LORD.
Out of all of the hats that Tenora wore, her favorites, by far, were those of a daughter, a mother, and a sister. Tenora leaves to cherish her memory her Parents: Cassandra D. Finley & Rainier Finley, Grandmother: Lizzie Mae Finley, Children: Kameron Rainier Finley & Kaleb Austin Marshall Finley-Lampkins, Sisters: Nikki L. Pruett (Keith L. Pruett), Netta L. Finley, Netra L. Jones, Kre G. Glenn (Keaton E.P. Glenn), & Charmaine L.R. Finley, Nephews: Keityn L. Pruett, Keindl L. Pruett, Noah K. Glenn, and Neice: Nani D. Glenn, Loving Aunts & an Uncle: Yvonne Wright, Joyce Smith, Ramona Smith, Natalie Hodge, Gisel Barksdale, & Raymond Smith, III, and a host of loving cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Tenora gained her wings on March 30, 2017 in Austell, Georgia. If she could tell us all one last thing, we believe that it would be to always keep God first and to live each day as if it were you last!
