Rita Kay Boles, 79, of Centralia, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at Centralia Manor with her family by her side. Rita was born May 17, 1940, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Clifford Boles and Clementine (Rosenberger) Boles. Rita is survived by two children: Greg Barton and wife Margie of Centralia, and Sherry Harris and husband Kevin of West Frankfort; four grandchildren: Jake Barton and wife Megan of Walnut Hill, Dustin Barton and wife Emily of Centralia, Tyler Matheny of West Frankfort, and Amanda Matheny of West Frankfort; four great-grandchildren; two brothers: Gary Boles and Betty of Centralia, and Chris Boles and Cindy of Ft. Worth, TX; two nieces: Gayla Harting and husband Jack of Centralia, and Jamie Lord and husband Rob of Houston, TX; two nephews: John Boles and wife Karisa of Salem, and Kyle Boles of Houston, TX. Rita was preceded in death by her parents: Clifford and Clementine Boles; one sister: Gloria Copple.
