Pauline Tanner Hulsey, 80, went to be in the arms of our Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at her daughter’s residence in Lanett, Alabama.
She was born on July 22, 1942 in Downsville, Louisiana to the late Herman and Lucille Tanner. She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Robert Tanner, Wilmer Tanner, Everett Tanner, Buddy Tanner, Arthur Tanner; three sisters, Bertha Mae Powell, Bobby Faye DeMoss, and Janice Marie Taylor; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

She enjoyed coloring by numbers, sewing, cross stitching, listening to gospel music and loved any music by Elvis Presley.
She was affectionately known as “Granny” to many. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She loved spending time with her family especially her kids and grandchildren.
She is survived by her seven children and their spouses, Wanda Myers (Glenn), Jeff Hulsey (Pat), John Hulsey, Bobby Hulsey, Linda Mayes (King), Mary Ann Waldron (Greg), David Hulsey (Beverly); 22 grandchildren, Lester Bryant Jr. (Buffy), Willie Bryant (Jade), Waylon Bryant (Tiffany), Gabrielle Myers, Katlyn Scott (Brandon), Josh Hulsey, Crystal Waddle (Shane), Marie Mimbs (Matt), Bobby Hulsey, Jr., Angel Hulsey, Joshua Hulsey (Mi’cah), Dallas Hulsey, Jerry Bullock (Cindy), Lena Peoples (Charles), Becky Brooks (Stephen), Sharon Thomas (Brian), James Waldron (Britney), Seth Waldron, Bethany Waldron, Robert Hulsey, John Hulsey, Matt Hulsey; 42 great-grandchildren with four more on the way; 11 great great-grandchildren with one on the way; 11 great great great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Albritton, Floye Mercer; brother, Paul Tanner.
