Grandmother of Aimee Cadis, Adrienne Cadis, Chad, Allyson, Joseph, Joshua and Annalise Alfaro. Great-grandmother of Conrad and Landon Cadis. 84 years young, a native of Memphis, TN.
Preeminent musician and teacher now singing praises to the Creator of the Universe.
She sang major roles with the New Orleans Opera including Martha in Faust, Emilia in Othello, Priestess in Aida and Shepherd in Tosca. She enjoyed an illustrious teaching career including positions at Xavier University, Riverdale and Benjamin Franklin. For 22 years she served as the head of vocal music at NOCCA. Most important of all, she has always loved the Lord.
