Alma Simons Perret passed away June 21, 2009 in Jacksonville, FL. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother as well as an inspiring and devoted guidance counselor who helped many children. Alma moved to Jacksonville four years ago from New Orleans. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford J. Perret, Sr., her son, Clifford J. Perret, Jr. and her daughter, Linda Perret Barry. Alma is survived by her daughters, Diane Perret Royal (Peter) and Patricia Perret; grandchildren, Peter Royal, Jr. (Tricia), Renee Royal, Julie Royal Konikoff (Mike), Randall Royal, Shannon Bingham and Riley Bingham; great grandchildren, Sasha Konikoff and Poppy Royal, a loving extended family and many friends.
