Uncle of Neil Bishop Sr., Stacey Bishop and Neil Bishop, Jr., Jerome Lombardo, Dolly and Max Hutchinson, John A. Bishop, Jr. and Sandra D’Angelo as well as additional loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Hilliard served in the Navy during World War II. He volunteered at the V.A. Hospital in New Orleans for 25 years.
