He was born June 1, 1947 in Waterbury, son of the late Homer J. and Ann M. (Subach) Synott.
He then moved to Colorado Springs, CO and continued his plumbing career. He then moved to West Palm Beach, FL and began to work as a licensed Plumber for Palm Beach County in the Parks Dept, County Jail, and County Courthouse for many years until his retirement.
He met the love of his life, Mercedes, in 2004 in Florida and they were happily married for the last 18 years while residing in Boynton Beach, FL and Jefferson, NY. The two of them were madly in love and inseparable for 18 unforgettable years until his recent passing. They were a “Gift from God” to each other.
Wayne was an avid boater and owned many different boats throughout his lifetime.
He was also an avid gun enthusiast who enjoyed shooting both in Florida and at his property in rural Jefferson NY. He was a true American patriot in every sense of the word. He loved his country.
Everyone who has known him saw him as a good friend or relative and he will always be remembered as a laid back, fun-loving guy who was always the first one to start any festivities. He loved life to the fullest and all that have known him will have fond memories that will last a lifetime. He will be sorely missed.
