Mr. Tommy “Bill” Sanford, 68, of 4605 Blanchard Rd., Durham, NC 27713 passed Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Hospice at the Meadowlands,Hillsbourough, NC.
Tommy leaves to mourn his passing; his wife, Beverly; his son and daughter in- law, Rodney “Eugene” and Regina; five grandchildren: Rashad, Alec, Mercedes “La’Shey,” T’Keyah and Jalon; one great grandchild, Kai; two sisters, Helen Farrington and Emma Marie Williams of Chapel Hill, NC.; two brothers, Gaston Sanford and John Sanford (Iris); sister-in-law, Ruthina Sanford and a host of nieces and nephews. He also leaves two special friends, Stanley (Pete) Parrish and Burt Johnson also his extended family of co-workers of the Public Works Department of the Town of Chapel Hill, and a host of other relatives and friends.
