Rudolph J. Fiorillo, Sr., 87, of Bristol, died Friday, March 26, at The Pines after a long illness. Born in Bristol on May 9, 1922, he was the son of the late Albert and Diamande (Ricciardelli) Fiorillo. He attended local schools. After a long career with the Bristol Fire Department, he retired at the rank of Deputy Chief. He was an avid musician and played accordion with many bands throughout his lifetime.
Rudolph is survived by two loving sons and daughter-in-law, Rudolph J Fiorillo, Jr. and Chi-Lang Ning of Florida, and Douglas and Susan Fiorillo of Bristol; a grandson, Marc A. Fiorillo of Bristol; a very close friend, Viola Martin of Southington; and a large extended family.
