Patrick Cashen Leitz, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2009. Beloved husband of Iris Gentry Leitz. He is survived by Estelle Cashen Marquez, beloved aunt, Joseph Pershing Cashen, Uncle and Dolores Cashen Short, Aunt. Loving Stepfather of Marty Perre and Jeffrey Perre. Preceded in death by Helen Cashen Leitz, Mother, Albert Anthony Leitz, Father, Albert Anthony (“Choppy”) Leitz, brother, and William Francis Leitz, brother. Also survived by many cousins. Mr. Leitz graduated from DeSalle High School, L.S.U. and Loyola Law School. He practiced law in his private law firm and was Assistant District Attorney of Jefferson Parish and was a member of Louisiana Bar Association. Age 65 years. He will be sadly missed by many who loved him.
