Norris A.K.A Chicken Baby was a very caring person and would do whatever to help anyone. Never forget he was always the life of the party with his unique dance moves. Chicken baby truly will be missed.
Norris was preceded in death by his one and only son Norris James Lowe Jr, his sister Barbara Clark and brothers Robert Lowe Jr, Gregory Lowe and Alphonso Lowe. On July 3,2022 Norris joined this eternal reunion of rest.
