Maurice was born on December 2, 1926 in Bristol, CT, a son of the late William J. and Rena (O’Connell) Duffy.
Mr. Duffy worked as an iron worker with Local 15 and was an US Navy veteran of World War II. His ship was one day out from Pearl Harbor.
He is survived by his three sons and three daughter-in-laws, Scott and Donna Graham of Plano, Texas, William and Kate Duffy of Bristol and Michael and Tanya Duffy of Bristol; his daughter and son-in-law, Tara Duffy and Lendall Morin of Bristol; his brother and sister-in-law Robert and Jean Duffy or Florida and his grandchildren Eliza and Paisley Micucci, Anthony and Ellen Borgio, Shannon, Connor, Samantha and David Duffy, and Sean and Evan Graham. He was predeceased by his daughter Marianne Micucci, his brothers William and John Duffy and sisters, Marion Deltergo and Bette Fiorillo.
