He was born on October 31, 1936 in Havana Cuba to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jose Castro. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Aneida Castro. Jose was survived by his daughters, Aneida Faas and Annette Thompson of Dalton; sister, Maria Cardad Castro Martinez, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
