Jeffrey Craig Lesh, age 55, resident of East Haven, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at CT Hospice in Branford.  Born on October 30, 1956 in Bridgeport, he was the son of Gloria Mastrony Lesh Robertson and the late Richard M. Lesh.  Jeff attended New Haven University and Porter and Chester Institute.  His artistic endeavors included painting, glass etching and silk screening.  He also enjoyed playing guitar and banjo.  Jeff was employed in the architectural field for many years, most recently Mark Finley in Southport, until the economic downturn and waitered at many establishments.  Recently, he graduated from Eli Whitey in Hamden having completed the course work as a surgical technician.  A kind, intelligent, loving father, son and nephew, Jeff will be greatly missed.

In addition to his mother, Gloria and stepfather, Bill Robertson, he is survived by his loving daughters, Natalie Lesh of East Haven, Lauren Lesh of Branford and his former wife, Carla Lesh of East Haven; also his brother Richard A. Lesh and wife Barbara of Lebanon and Hartford, his Aunt Grace Lengyel of Milford; Uncle Ronald Lesh of Shelton and many loving cousins.  He was predeceased by his father Richard M. Lesh.   The family wishes to thank his many friends for their loving support to Jeff during his illness.  Thanks also to the physicians and staff at Smilow Cancer Center and CT Hospice in Branford for their compassionate care.
